S/4 HANA, On-Premises User related question

Hi,

We have installed S/4 Hana, On-Premise Fully activated on AWS and successfully launched the SAP Gui/FIORI Apps on our laptops.

I also able to use BI Launch pad/ BOE and Lumira App successfully with the user BPINST.

I just wanted to create multiple users copying BPINST and give the access to our team instead of everyone using BPINST.

Is it possible to copy or replicate this BPINST into new users and use with as equal to the functionality of this user?

I tried copying and replicating the roles/priviledges and groups, but doesn't work as equal to BPINST.

Could you guys pls advice me to use the new users as copy of BPINST?
