Instance not getting terminated in SAP CAL

Hi Experts,

I had created a instance of 'SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP and SAP BW 7.5 SP01 on SAP HANA SP10 [Developer Edition]' solution.

Now I am trying to remove an instance from my SAP CAL account, but it is not getting removed. I tried terminating the instance but its status not getting changed. Currently it is in 'Undefined' status and I want to remove and create a new instance. Please help me in this regard.
