CCLM City Model attribute "Criticality"

Hi Experts

I am checking the attribute "Criticality" in Ad-Hoc reporting, and I am getting the objects types "PROG" and "TRAN". And I wonder if I had a transaction with Criticality 5, the program linked to this transaction has to have also the same Criticality.

I post this question, because I have many transactions where the program related to transaction has different Criticality.

I hope you can help me with this qry.
