Concatenate dimension values in a cross table

Hi everyone,

I have got a list of comments per employee and day but some days I write more than one comment per employee. Sample data:

I want to show this information in a cross table like this:

This blog http://bi.srivatsakr.com/2011/08/converting-rows-into-single-cell-comma.html is really useful but I have not managed to show my information because of the cross table. Is there any way to get the comments concatenated?
