Require attribute field reset blank

Hi Experts,

Hope you are doing fine! I have created a custom attribute "Request Reason". When admin tries to modify user entity through Manage Tab, it is mandatory to enter reason for change. But the texts once entered in Reason filed do not vanish. I require the reason field should be blank on next visit to modify the same user. Need you expert advice.
