Hi All
This scenarios is related to external service where equipment is send out for repair.
Pl find below steps they are following. Pl suggest how can I map it in sap
1) Equipment dismantle from location
2) They just note down it on dismantle register for reference.(not returning it to site store "work shop / Site storage location")
3) Then identified required in-house maintenance or need to send out side to get it repair. (Equipment maintained in Register)
4) If external service required then send equipment to vendor.
5) Gate pass is there
6) once service done from vendor then same material or equipment moved to site storage location instead of Dismantle register.
pl suggest. here equipment is being sent out from register and receiving in storage location.
