Alert Setup for SAP Netweaver Java HTTP ERROR(503,500,401)

Hi,

Several times on our SAP Netweaver Java systems we get HTTP errors (503,500,401) and system becomes unavailable.

Problem is we do not come to know of these errors untill any business user reports this issue and then we troubleshoot on it.

Now we need to setup Alert in Solution Manager so that anytime our SAP Netweaver Java server goes to these HTTP Error state(503,500,401), We get an Alert so that before noticing by any user we can solve the problem.

Please let us know if we have this functionality available in Solman where we can configure Alerts for SAP Netweaver Java systems anytime they go in HTTP errors (503,500,401) and we get email.

We have SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and Netweaver Java Applications are 7.4 & 7.5
