IT0041 infotype issue

Hi All,

My requirement is to update start date -by delimiting the current record and dat05 date in IT0041 needs to be changed.

I used HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION and trying to modify,but every time i am facing a dump No valid commit work.

I researched and tried using commit work and passing X and space both to Nocommit parameter of FM.But it didnt work for me in any way.

I tried MOD,COP,INS,LIS9 everything.

Can anyone help me on this?
