Filter Panel navigation of two charts bound to different data souces

Two quick questions:

1. How can I get one filter panel to change the axes of the two charts (shown below), which are bound to different data sources, when I click the navigation button?
2. How can I filter the dimension of the bottom chart (shown below) to show the same dimension levels of the top chart when I click the navigation button.
