Link between Incidents ID and Survey Answer

Hi Gurus,

 

We create a customer survey to check our helpdesk satisfaction, using SAP CRM Survey by e-mail.

After a conclusion of a support message, we sent an e-mail to the requester.

We need now to identify from what ticket was the survey answer. How to obtain this information?

We are using CRM_SVY_SERVICE_PAI as interface to callback.
