I read this header "What is needed to get response?", posted a few days ago in the previous ADS forum . And that's my general feeling about SAP too. Last year I tried to get basic information to buy ADS for a customer. I simply didn't succeed and found another solution. I am now 2 weeks after my second attempt, for another customer this time. I managed to actually get a reply via the SAP so called "support" site. They replied "However, under this customer number there are no active installations." Hilarious, if I would have time to make fun. Two people were Cc-ed in this mail and asked to check this out, one was called my "SAP Account Executive". There I got an automated reply from 1 that I would get a reply on Feb 23 (none received of course), the other, department called "Order-to-Invoice Software & Maintenance, Global Finance Shared Services" never reacted.
Well I don't think there will ever be an invoice because nobody in SAP cares to take orders or even send basic info like a price list.
I am now even at a point that I consider to find out if it's possible to just install ADS obtained earlier for other customers, which SAP apparently can not find so does not know of anyhow, as well at customers who still want SAP. Given my experiences, I don't think SAP cares or notices and we can just help customers who still want SAP products.
I am really sorry for the people who have helped us so well in the past (when ADS was not part of SAP) and those who are still trying to....
