Datepicker week number issue

Hi ,

I have got a request from one of my clients to change the week numbers for the date picker field. The client uses ISO-8601 standard (First week of year: first 4 day-week)  for determining weeknumbers in outlook/windows. ( this is an optional setting). The javascript DATEPICKER object uses the "First week of year : Starts on first Jan 1 ).  1st jan 2016 was Friday so it takes that as week 1.

So the actual week 1 should start from 3rd Jan 2016 and not from 1st Jan 2016

Is there a possibility to modify the datepicker field to modify the weekenumbers ?
