Dear All,
I have searched every where in the forum and also tried to replicate the scenario in the system however not able to find proper solution on the below mentioned issue.
Scenario :-
User Captured the Excise invoice through T.Code- J1IIN after Billing Document generated for an example amount 10000 with Dummy Profit Centre in month of November 2015 and same amount with wrong profit centre been utilized through T.Code- J2IUN. Later on next month he realized that by mistake he selected wrong Profit Centre, so he reversed and cancelled the excise invoice and posted another billing document in same period and as well as Excise Invoice also with correct profit centre.
When we run J2IUN -- The excise invoice which was captured again with correct profit centre is appearing due to code logic of DLFC ET Type and Status C and P via table :- J_1IEXCHDR. The amount which is already utilized in November Month its coming again due to excise invoice posted.
Kindly suggest how to rectify the same whether user should reverse and cancelled the excise invoice via J1IH and re-capture the excise in GL (Books) via T.Code- FB01.
Please note below accounting entries scenario:-
1. Excise Duty Paid A/C----------------DR 10000 P.C- 101 ( Wrong PC)
Excise Duty Payable A/C----------CR 10000 P.C- 101 ( Wrong P.C)
The above amount was utilized and user came to know that he have used wrong profit centre and reversed and cancelled excise and billing document and posted new Billing and Excise Document with correct Profit Centre.
2. Excise Duty Paid A/C------------DR 10000 P.C-- 111 ( Correct P.C)
Excise Duty Payable A/C--------CR 10000 P.C-- 111 ( Correct PC)
Now the above entries in Scenario 2 is appearing in J2IUN and user does not want to utilized that amount . How to rectify the same.
