Req Pgm to Download the EL CL SL Backup from SAP

Dear Team,

Is there any standard program or Custom code to Download the the EL ,Cl,Sl from SAP.

Why we required

When we run PT60 program SL and EL is overwritten in same table/Field with dates for EX: 01.01.2015 to 31.12.9999 .There is no backup of SL and EL which we have assigned on yearly basis .

Problem facing

Problem is coming when we run the PT60 Program it will overwrite the Table PA2006-Field name ANZHL (Number) ,Against KTART (AQTyp) along with Start date (BEGDA) and End date (ENDDA).

Request to Suggest how to process before running the Transaction PT60 for Next Financial year to assign leaves as per company policy.

Share me the Process for taking backup of Previous year leave balances.
