Original form for the correction has not been filed for the W2-C?

Hi,

In a testing that we are doing for the W2 for 2014, when we execute the Tax Reporter for the W-2C, we are getting the message below in the image.

I am trying to find some information in the internet about it without success. Do you know what this error means or can you give me more information about it so I can understand what we are missing here?
