How to Determine Header and Line Item Text simultaneously

Hi All,

In ME22n I am entering Header and Line Item Text as Test1 and Test2.(screenshot1)

I am using Badi-ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST-->POST..In that I am implementing the below code as provided by SAP to detemine the Text type.

If I enter text at Header and Line item level....only the last entry that is Line Item text is being captured(EKPO..not the EKKO)...(screenshot 3 and 4)

How to get entered text(Test1) from Header Text also?

please suggest what needs to be done in order to get the entered text at Header and Line Item level before on click of Save....
