Problem with Duplex Printing

Hi,

We are using Crystal Reports 2013 and have developed a report that requires printing in duplex.  Whenever we print the report from Crystal, it prints the first page twice and the 2nd page on another sheet of paper.  Could someone advise on how to fix this problem?
