Transport issue- SPROXY

Hi All,

          My scenario is ECC(Proxy)-PI-NONSAP(File). PI Objects have been transported from Dev to QA System first, since there is a dependency. We could see all objects in PI Quality system correctly. ECC Objects have been transported after PI Objects,. Our  Issue is  Service interface name is not available ,instead it is available under Orphaned objects (all datatypes , message types and service interface names) in SPROXY ECC QA system.

Please guide me what could be the issue here and how to resolve it.
